Over the past couple months I’ve been working on building a website called “The Cutup Library.”
This website will be home to all the cutups I have, and I am still uploading everything off my drive, including every QB run from Anthony Richardson this season (lots of excellent run design).
The best part of the site, in my opinion, is the ease of the video playback. You can playback each cutup with keyboard controls similar to Hudl.
Down Arrow: Play/Pause, Hold to Forward Slowly
Up Arrow: Hold to Rewind Slowly
Left Arrow: Previous Clip / Hold to Rewind
Right Arrow: Next Clip / Hold to Fast Forward
Just click the “⌨️ Controls” button above the cutup to see the controls anytime you’re watching.
The viewing experience is much better than something like Google Drive. Some of the cutups have multiple clips, some just one.
Additionally, you’ll see a “Read Post” tag on some cutups that have my notes/breakdowns written below the cutup.
Here are a few of my favorite cutups currently on the site:
I’ll be posting new every week and every week on Sunday you’ll get an update of the new cutups uploaded that week. The site will continue to receive updates and get better and better as time goes on.
If you’d like to check out the whole site, here is the link:
Thanks,
Emory Wilhite
